ASorry, parking ticket, etc. are not issued for tickets, voucher, etc. We only issue hobby postage stamp and old coins.

AThere is a 2-hour parking service for “purchases over 1 yen” and “purchases over 1 yen.”

AWe only accept orders at Meieki Hirokoji Store and Mozo Wonder City stores for a fee.

AItems that do not have an Expiration date or are 1 month or more will be reserved for 3 days, and products with an Expiration date of 1 week to 1 month will be reserved only on the same day, with the exception of some products. Please note that products with an Expiration date date or event date within 1 week cannot be reserved.
QWould you like to pick it up at another store?
AAfter checking the inventory and making the payment, we will move it on or after the next day. Please note that we do not move products over the phone, so please visit us once.

AUnreserved seat tickets for Tokyo, Shin-Yokohama, Shizuoka, Hamamatsu, Kyoto, Shin-Osaka, and Shin-Kobe are Sales in combination with conventional line tickets, so you can use them at a reasonable price as usual. Also, it is possible to ride in a reserved seat for an additional fee.
